Two NCWA alumni named to Seattle’s Solid Waste Advisory Committee
Two NCWA alumni have been named to Seattle Public Utilities' 2026 Solid Waste Advisory Committee: Xenia Dolovova, Founder and Executive Director of Furniture Repair Bank, and Amy Bettle Huynh, Executive Director of Restaurant 2 Garden. SWAC advises SPU on recycling, composting, waste prevention, and long-term policy, giving both organizations a direct voice in the city's zero-waste future.
