Restaurant 2 Garden
Restaurant 2 Garden is a project incubating under fiscal sponsorship of the Seattle Parks Foundation. The project aims to reduce food waste and promote urban agriculture by converting restaurant food waste from the Chinatown-International District into nutrient-rich compost for community gardens and urban farms.
